Are you a factory or a trading company?

We work long-term with major steel mills, offering factory-direct pricing plus trader-level one-stop service: material selection, quotation, customs clearance, and logistics.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Most products have an MOQ of one container (approx. 25 tons). Some stock sizes allow LCL consolidation — submit an inquiry for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Common methods are T/T and L/C at sight. First orders are typically 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment; terms are negotiable.

What is the lead time?

Stock sizes usually ship in 7–15 days; custom or produced sizes take about 25–40 days depending on quantity and mill schedule.

What export documents can you provide?

We provide a full set of export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (CO/FORM), and mill test certificate (MTC).

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, mainly exporting to Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America. Ports and routes are arranged as needed.
